Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism) - Day and Evening Program
The Bachelor of Arts in Communications prepares students for careers in the fast-paced and constantly shifting world of mass media. Careers in newspaper reporting, television and radio production, publishing, advertising, and public relations are available to students who complete this degree. Both theory and applied communication are stressed, allowing students to master the overriding concepts of communication and the practical details of execution. Students in the program have the opportunity to intern with television and radio stations, newspapers, advertising and public relations firms, and publishing houses.
If you have an associate’s degree or if you’re ready for junior or senior-level courses, you can attend USC Upstate, Greenville Campus, conveniently located at the University Center in Greenville, and start the process for completing your bachelor’s degree.
